Dear friend, if you prayed that prayer, and meant it, you are now a child of God, a member of the
body of Christ. You also need to attach yourself to a good, Bible-believing, Spirit-filled church
where you can be a part of what God is doing, and where you can grow up into Jesus, and

I believe in my heart that Jesus Christ is the Son of
God, that He died for me, and was raised up from the
dead so I could have life, and have it abundantly. Right
now, I confess with my mouth that Jesus Christ is
Lord, that He is my Lord, and I accept Him as such, and
receive my forgiveness and redemption.

Lord Jesus, thank You for saving me; for coming into
my life as Your Word said You would. Father God,
thank You for receiving me as one of Your children. I
will love you and serve you all my life, in Jesus' Name.
I turn from all sin to a righteous life in Jesus Christ, and
there I will forever live. Amen.

Version)
