What Is E.N.F?
Eagle's Nest Forum (E.N.F.), under the
direction of Pastor Beechard Moorefield, is a
progressive and proactive leadership
development and personal and professional
coaching enterprise designed to develop a
legacy of excellence in leadership in the
business, church, and educational
communities. It is both Christ-centered and
Biblically-based, and demands the highest
levels of integrity and ethics from everyone
involved with E.N.F. at any juncture.

Philosophy of Eagle's Nest Forum

Generally speaking, a line drawn from one's point of origin to one's present
serves well to indicate one's destination in the future. If the line you draw for
yourself is not acceptable, then use your present to steer a different course for
your future. You can change it, and with God's help, you can arrive at your
chosen destination. There are three possible destinations in life...

1. that one chosen for you by people who see your frailties, flaws, and failings
2. that one chosen by yourself and being based on your limited knowledge, skills,
and abilities
3. that one chosen by God and being based on your willingness to walk in
His supernatural knowledge, skills, and abilities.

Which one will you choose? If you choose number three, E.N.F. is for you.

		Married to his wife, Sharon, since 1971, with two adult sons and two
		grandsons
		A native of Winston-Salem, NC

Education

		Associates Degree in Arts from Davidson County Community College
		Bachelor of Science in Commercial Music from Winston-Salem State
		University
		M.B.A. from Almeda College
		Master of Arts in Organizational Management (MAOM) from University of
		Phoenix

Professional Accomplishments

		Served successfully for a five years as a departmental manager
		supervising nearly 100 people
		Owned and operated a very successful entrepreneurial private business
		enterprise
		A total of 40 years in pulpit ministry, with the last 25 of those years in
		pastoral ministry
		Served as Presbyter of the Piedmont Section of the NC District of the
		Assemblies of God, and as such, served on the NC District Presbytery as a member of that organization's state board.
		Developed (in 1999-2000) a School of Ministry for Pastoral Development
		in the Region sur Grande of Peru
		Founder and Director of Eagle's Nest Forum, a personal and professional
		coaching and leadership development enterprise
		Serves on numerous boards of church and para-church ministries
		Has coached and mentored other ministers presently serving in nine
		states and eight nations
		Deeply involved in Christian ministry and leadership development in
		Mexico and Pakistan, both by physical presence and world-wide Internet ministry
